If you have general VOIP questions then start out by browsing the FAQ section. Next, we suggest you try the forums where you may post a question anonymously (all post are moderated to reduce spam). Some articles on this site allow for comments to be added at the bottom of the article. Look for the "add comments" link to add anonymous (moderated) comments to articles that allow this functionality.
If you have more detailed questions regarding any service or product offered by a specific Provider then we suggest you contact the VOIP provider or manufacturer DIRECTLY. This especially applies to any pre-existing services or purchases.
Please NOTE: We cannot cancel your VOIP service, query your VOIP bill, give you a refund, tell you if you can or cannot get the VOIP service or product in any area or country, respond to how bad or good your experience with a provider has been (you can post this in our forums), take you off a VOIP provider's mailing list or phone list (or even make you a cup of tea - sorry:)) - again, please email the customer service department of the respective VOIP provider directly.
